CLF 14 Martial Arts is a hub of fitness services provided by CLF 14 Martial Arts Private Limited (“CLF 14” or “we” or “us”). The following Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is designed to state CLF 14’s rules regarding the cancellation of the Product and the Refund of the payment upon cancellation. Please read the Policy carefully before using any Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services on the Site, you, the user (“you” or “your” or “User”, which includes any child below the age of 18 years or such child’s sponsor authorizing the child’s use of the Service), agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). The Policies are hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference as if set forth herein.

This policy is not designed to contradict any legal guidelines that may be in effect. CLF 14 has an online store of curated third-party products for sale on the Site. We offer complete trust and transparency on all the purchases with us to all our customers.

  1. Refund: Our products are non-returnable. However, we shall consider returns of purchased items specifically under the following conditions:
  • Wrong product
  • Defective
  • Expired
  • Damaged

In case of any of the above circumstances, the product purchased can be returned within 5 (Five) days of delivery. The shipping of product back to the Vendor shall be borne by the customer.

  1. Before returning a product, please ensure that it is in the same packaging and in the same condition in which it has be delivered in. After we receive the Product, the Vendor’s term will inspect the Product and process the refund. Once the inspection by the Vendor is complete, the Vendor will send a replacement or refund the amount due to you, at our sole discretion. Refunds will be deposited back to your account based on the stipulated time set by the bank.
  2. If the Product is damaged in anyway or the refund was initiated by you after the stipulated 5 (Five) days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
