Fitbee is a hub of fitness services provided by FITBEE Private Limited (“Fitbee” or “we” or “us” or “our”). The following Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is designed to state Fitbee’s rules regarding the cancellation of the Product and the Refund of the payment upon cancellation. Please read the Policy carefully before using any Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services on the Site, you, the user (“you” or “your” or “User”, which includes any child below the age of 18 years or such child’s sponsor authorizing the child’s use of the Service), agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). The Policies are hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference as if set forth herein.
This policy is not designed to contradict any legal guidelines that may be in effect. Fitbee provides various fitness services through its platform (“Services”). We offer complete trust and transparency on all the purchases with us to all our customers.
- Refund of Services: Once you enrol for our Services either on the website or application and your payment for the same has been processed by the Bank, the same is non-refundable even if it is cancelled by you at any time. However, in the event a Customer is not satisfied with the Service provided by Fitbee, they may send a mail to support@fitb.ee . Fitbee will review each such mail, on a case to case basis, and may refund the charges paid, if it deems fit. The decision of Fitbee on any such matter shall be final and binding.
- Price updates: Prices for the Products may change at any time without prior written notice.
- We reserve the right to change this Refund and Cancellation Policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
