How to start your fitness journey
Are you at that point in your life where you really long for your fitness game to take a turn for the better but you just do not know where to begin? Commit to yourself: The urge to make a change in your lifestyle needs to come from within. You need to be fully committed to yourself as well as the process for you to be able to reach your goals. No matter what feelings come up, no matter how hard it might seem, you WILL thrive. This process is all about balance, and the key to starting this journey is learning how to maintain that balance.
Identify the hurdles to change: We have a tendency to do the same old thing again and again even though it has been unsuccessful. If you tried to do something to lose weight and it did not work, reflect upon what went wrong. What put you at a standstill from achieving your goal? What can you do to change that?
Start small: Do not get consumed with needing to do a full workout routine at the beginning itself. You can start off at the beginners level, slowly go up to intermediate, and then go to advanced. Don’t think, just go for it!

Do not expect a quick fix: We all like to see instant results, but significant, long-lasting fat-loss takes some time. It’s hard to keep motivated, so focus on achieving one small goal each week.
