How do I know which plan is best for me and how does it work?

Once you give us a clear picture of your fitness goals, we will help you choose a plan that will best suit your goals, health and lifestyle. Upon enrolling, phase 1 of your plan will be shared via email. One of our trainers will then call you to explain the plan in detail and answer any questions you may have.

What is included in the 12-week plan?

The plan has all the tools to enable you to kickstart/achieve your fitness goals and help you develop a sustainable lifestyle. The plan includes:
– A workout schedule with links to descriptive videos of each exercise
– A nutrition guide and recipes
– A measurement and nutrition tracker
– Access to your personal trainer who will assess your progress

Do I need to make major lifestyle changes if I enrol into your plan?

No, fitness goals can be achieved through small changes to your eating habits and by slowly working your way up to a higher level of activity. Be patient and don’t try to do too much too soon. The most important thing is that your stick to the plan and not quit before you get the chance to get into the best shape of your life

I have never worked out in my life below. Is your plan suitable for me?

The plan is suitable for across all levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced. For the more ‘difficult’ exercises, we have alternate moves that are make it easier for beginners. You may start off at the beginners level and slowly work your way up to advanced.

Should I warm up before I begin my workout?

Yes, warm ups and cool down are an integral part of your workout. It helps in minimising the risk of injury and enables you to reap the maximum benefits from exercise.
